The documents contained here are important for you to access when you need them. They also define the governance basis that defines how our association operates.
Our Home Owners Association is a self-governing corporation as required by Commonwealth law. Our corporate board is made up of volunteer neighbors with three corporate officers and up to eight directors. Our corporate president is also responsible for leading our board. With only 48 association properties it is important that all members are aware of our governing documents, including our corporate bylaws and our covenants designed to maintain the very special character of our neighborhood. For those of you who are interested in the overriding Open Space Residential Development requirements under which our subdivision was approved, this was the section of the ordinance that was in-effect in 1986.
